Bowling alley looks for new home

Already the owner/operator of a swimming pool and ski hill, the municipality has been asked to consider adding a bowling alley to its roster of facilities.

Crowsnest Pass tourism underdeveloped, Chamber members were told. Consultant Lisa Lockhart said small business needs to think outside the box to attract recreation dollars.

Negotiations will begin with the Bellevue Seniors Club to buy the building from the municipality.

Despite reservations about municipal liability, council unanimously agreed to begin the process of selling the Bellevue Seniors Centre.
